ปราสาทเมืองต่ำ ตั้งอยู่บริเวณบ้านโคกเมือง ตำบลจรเข้มาก อำเภอประโคนชัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ห่างจากปราสาทพนมรุ้งมาทางทิศตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ประมาณ 8 กิโลเมตร
Prasat Muang Tam is located in Khok Maung Village, Tambon Chorakhe Mak, Amphoe Prakhon Chai, Buriram Province and far from Prasat Phanom Rung to the southeast about 8 kilometers.
ตัวปราสาทประกอบด้วยสิ่งก่อสร้างหลัก คือปราสาทอิฐ 5 องค์ สร้างอยู่บนฐานเดียวกัน ก่อด้วยศิลาแลง องค์ปราสาททั้ง 5 ตั้งเรียงกันเป็น 2 แถว แถวหน้า 3 องค์ แถวหลัง 2 องค์
Prasat Muang Tam consists of five main brick pagodas on the same base made of laterite arranged in 2 rows— 3 pagodas at the front and the other two at the back.
